Back in July I had a problem with the new ASL 3.0 writing too much info to /var/ossec/queue/diff/local/etc/webmin/virtual-server/history. The directory grew almost 100 GB in just one week. Mike suggested blocking the reporting of /etc/webmin/virtual-server/history. That worked. However, I am now running out of disk space and must do some cleanup. Can I manually delete files in /var/ossec/queue/diff/local/etc/webmin/virtual-server/history, or is there a way to do this using ASL.

I am using:

Centos 5.7
Latest Virtualmin/Webmin (non-Plesk system)
Latest ASL and ossec

Any assistance would be appreciated.

John

Sure you can just delete them from the command line. There is no way to do that in the GUI. And we just added that directory to the default ignores.

If anyone else has directories that should be ignored let us know.
