We can get that fixed right away, can you send an email to support with your account username? They can get you taken care of. The most common causes of not being able to log in are:
1) You recently had a license expire, and the LM disabled your portal account
2) Credentials need to be reset (You can do that here:

3) You're a customer we've had for so long that you have one of the old portal accounts that uses a different username from your LM username (all new licenses have the same usernames, in the past users could create different accounts with the portal).
If 2 doesnt resolve it for you, its likely 1 or 3 - so just email support and they will get you taken care of right away.
