Thank you for taking the time to report a false positive or false negative to us. We appreciate that you want to have this resolved as quickly as possible. Please follow the link below which explains how to report a false positive/negative to us. With the information described in the article linked below we can normally resolve and release an update within a few hours for our ASL and real time feed customers.

Delayed users can expect to see the update in approximately 90 days when the delayed rules catch up with the real time rules. If you use the delayed rules, and you require a fix earlier, please upgrade to the real time rules, you can do so from here:
