This is a test build release, and possible release candidate. It needs vetting

Changelog:

Build against the 20090403 SVN snapshot
- updates for unrar library linking
- bugfix against the configuration parser (whitespace issues on the User field)
- updated init scripts to support condrestart
- updated %post to restart clamd on an upgrade event

To upgrade:

yum --enablerepo=atomic-testing upgrade clamd
