This has been published to the [atomic] repo, major archive changes in this release are to include both the i386 and x86_64 packages in the x86_64 channel. This should resolve issues reported with upgrades on systems containing both 64-bit and 32-bit libraries, as well as provide client library support for packages that use 32-bit libraries like 4PSA's clean server on x86_64 platforms.
