HTTP 2.2.x Updates

The topic is standardizing the repo on the latest 2.2.x branch, the -testing channel has had builds for over a year now. Please put your comments & suggestions here.

I don't know that it makes any difference. There aren't any new features between 2.2.3 (C5 standard) and 2.2.21 (latest stable), are there? I tried your flavor of 2.2.17 and had no issues at all. I have an AWS instance running 2.2.21 (AWS Linux) and I can't say I've seen anything odd there either.

The real question is how many will be trying 2.3 when it comes out of beta?

Mainly for us its been in terms of performance with apr. It supports WAF operations much more efficiently.

Some other things I see in there are in SNI support (note this still requires newer openssl, so its not that useful), mod_filter improvements, etc.
