Hi guys.

I get this error many times.

Code:
Rule: 2301 fired (level 10) -> "Excessive number connections to a service."
Portion of the log(s):

Apr 14 13:09:21 server xinetd[3253]: Deactivating service ftp due to excessive incoming connections.  Restarting in 10 seconds.

Is there any way that asl can safeguard services when there are many failed attempts from specific ips such as fail2ban ?
