sudo-1.7.4p5-7.el6 (currently in the CentOS 6 Continuous Release repository, will appear in CentOS 6.1) introduces the /etc/sudoers.d directory. This means that ASL could add its sudo rules (for the tortix user) in a file like /etc/sudoers.d/asl instead of messing with /etc/sudoers. This would allow for smoother upgrades of the sudo package, removing the need to merge new versions of /etc/sudoers with older versions on upgrades.
