Hello,

I installed the ART glist now I am getting tons of calls from customers due

Tons of :

Jan 11 13:21:46 srv1 greylist[13759]: IP 208.82.16.199 new - temp error
Jan 11 13:21:47 srv1 greylist[13759]: SMTP: EHLO: 250 hello
Jan 11 13:21:48 srv1 greylist[13759]: SMTP: MAIL: 250 Mail from <events@bigdomain.com>
Jan 11 13:21:49 srv1 greylist[13759]: SMTP: RCPT: 450 Rcpt to <buzzbradley@MYCUSTOMER.com> - Temporary local problem - try later
Jan 11 13:21:50 srv1 greylist[13759]: SMTP: RSET: 250 ready


How do I disable I tried rpm -e to remove but then we get no mail at all incoming

Also everything incoming is being flagged as spam can I disable SPam flagging or where can I edit that.

I followed your Secure Plesk how-to with ClamAV,SPamassin

Plesk 9.2.3

and thats what greylisting does. if you don't want tons of that disable greylisting.

BTW, if this is being caused by your customer sending mail from the mail clients tell them to use the submission port: 587. greylisting only occurs on port 25.
